A radiolucent minimally invasive targeting system is also available.

The Vortex polyaxial plate system offers solutions for the whole body with 30 plates and only 3 screws and also ensures cross-referencing between instruments. The Vortex Proximal Tibia (VPT) plate is a lateral proximal tibia plate. A side specific head targeting device helps identifying the predetermined directions of screws on the head and the instruments include a radiolucent minimally invasive targeting arm. The plate can be combined with all members Sirtalis cerclage system.

Cerclage band system for periprosthetic and periimplantatic fractures with easy and modern solutions. Compared to classical wire Cerclage systems Sirtalis ensures an optimal band tension throughout the whole healing period while not damaging the periosteal blood supply. It is fully compatible with the large Vortex plates (using 5,1 mm screws): Vortex Proximal Femur, Vortex Distal Femur, Vortex Diaphysis Large, Vortex Proximal Tibia plates. Apart from the heavy duty titanium band the surgeon can select an auxiliary plate with further 4 polyaxial screw options (3,5 mm) and band supports and spikes

On the head a targeting device helps finding predetermined screw directions and there are holes on the plate for sutures.
