Provita Group invests in new multidisciplinary hospital, unique in Central and Eastern Europe

Provita Group announces a new medical project for Romania, worth 12 million euros – a multidisciplinary hospital, which includes the only oncology center in Central and Eastern Europe, in which interventional pain therapy is integrated into the patient’s treatment plan.

„We want medical tourism to become history for the Romanian patient. Through this investment, we will offer a complex multidisciplinary hospital, covering a wide range of medical and surgical specialties, through integrated medical services, one-stop clinical type . All specialists are in the same location, the patient will have the continuity of the medical act, through a 360-degree approach, so that the time from symptom to diagnosis and treatment plan is significantly reduced „, said Dr. Ovidiu Palea, founder Provita Group.

The new hospital will have an area of ​​11,000 square meters, 110 beds and seven operating rooms.

„The estimated value of the investment is 12 million euros. Most of the financing is provided from own funds, together with Banca Transilvania. BT was with us from the first moment at the first hospital and continues to support us and to be our reliable partner in this new stage of development „, added Dr. Ovidiu Palea.

The building is part of Iride Park, located in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area. The refurbishment work will start next month, and the hospital will be operational in early 2022. „The partnership with Provita is a success for us, and the transaction signed earlier this month is of major importance for both companies, especially during this period. . IRIDE Park is a business hub with fantastic potential in which, as a result of this agreement, we intend to bring a new type of service that will give the area greater diversity and visibility „, said Fulga Dinu, Country Operations Manager, IMMOFINANZ Romania.

Provita is a group of medical centers of excellence in Bucharest. The first clinic was opened in 2011.
